Types of consultation

• Hiring strategy consultation for employers: 30 minutes
• Partnership discussion for partner organizations: 30 minutes
• Compass candidate meeting: 30 minutes, $49 CAD
• Momentum candidate meeting: 45 minutes, $89 CAD
• Maestro Duo candidate meeting, for two people: 75 minutes, $149 CAD

Consultation hours are set in Toronto time (Eastern Time). The booking calendar shows each time in your own time zone.

Booking and confirmation

Employer and partner consultations are confirmed when you complete the booking form. Paid candidate meetings are confirmed only once Stripe confirms your payment. You receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation. We send the video meeting link by email before the session.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule once at no cost up to 24 hours before the session by replying to your confirmation email or emailing us.

Late arrival and no-shows

Sessions start on time. If you join late, the session ends at the scheduled time. If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the session counts as used.

Scope

Consultations cover recruitment planning, career preparation and IRM's services. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice, and they do not guarantee a job offer, employment, immigration outcome or work authorization.
