Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us through our website forms or by email: your name and contact details; for candidates, work history, languages, CV and related documents; for employers, business details and hiring requirements; and booking details for consultations.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and manage consultations
To assess candidate profiles for recruitment opportunities
To share relevant candidate profiles with prospective employers for recruitment purposes
To coordinate interviews and recruitment communication
To send confirmations and service emails related to your request

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our services: Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage), Stripe (payment processing for paid consultations; IRM never receives full card details), Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (visitor statistics, only if you accept cookies), Calendly (scheduling) and Zoho (forms, where used). These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside your province or country.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Candidate information is shared with prospective employers only in connection with recruitment opportunities.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for recruitment purposes or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your candidate profile, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.

Job alerts

If you sign up for job alerts, we keep your email address, the fields you chose, your language and the date you confirmed, and we email you new job postings. Every alert has an unsubscribe link, and you can also stop alerts by emailing us. We delete alert details you no longer need.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the website. Google Analytics receives information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type. It does not receive the contents of forms or payment details.
