You do. You approve the job profile, choose who to interview and make every offer. Terms of employment are agreed between you and the candidate.

It depends on the role, location, wage and number of positions. We give you a realistic timeline once the job profile is agreed.

Yes. IRM does not charge candidates to register or to be considered for opportunities.

No. Registration means your profile can be considered for suitable opportunities. Employers decide who to interview and hire.

A current CV is enough to register. Employers may later ask for certificates, licences or references related to the role.

We contact you by email or phone when your profile matches an opportunity and the employer wants to speak with you.

Compass is 30 minutes for $49 CAD, Momentum is 45 minutes for $89 CAD and Maestro Duo, for two people, is 75 minutes for $149 CAD. Each package lists what is included on the Book a Consultation page.

On the Book a Consultation page, choose your country and time zone, then pick a day and time in the calendar. Each time is shown in your time zone and in Toronto time.

Yes. Email info@irmaestro.ca with your reference number and we will delete your information, unless we must keep a record by law.
