Process

The recruitment process

A clear four-step process. The employer decides at every stage.

Step 1 of 4

Employer shares hiring needs

Tell us about the roles: how many people, where, when and what they must be able to do. We confirm it all in a written brief.

You

  • Share roles, schedule, wage and start date
  • Approve the written brief

IRM

  • Run a structured intake call
  • Write the job profile and criteria

Our standard

The same clear process for every search

Whether you need one specialist or a seasonal crew, every search follows the same four steps, and you approve each one.

  • Written brief before any search begins
  • Every candidate assessed against the same criteria
  • Regular updates until the start date
